Refund policy

We offer a 30-Day Return or Exchange Policy for all products including sale items excluding Final Sale. This means that you can return all or part of your order within 30 days of purchase for whatever reason and we will happily give a full refund or exchange. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Returned items must be unworn, and with tags attached.

Please fill in your details on the return card sent with your order.

Please post the garment(s) back to us at Unit 1/1 Gordon Street, Annandale NSW 2038, or return in store, and we will take care of everything for you.

We can not take responsibility for any returns that may go astray. As these parcels are out of our control, we strongly recommend that you send your return via Australia Post in a trackable parcel.

Final Sales Items may not be returned. If you purchase a final sale item you cannot return the item for a refund, exchange, or credit. We make exceptions if you have received incorrect items or the item is faulty, in which case you will be sent a replacement or credit, but no refund will be given unless the item is no longer available.
