Shipping policy

 

Please note: Deliveries over the Holiday period may take up to 5 - 7 business days. For all enquiries please contact 1800-263-426

For Australian Deliveries:

  • We offer free delivery to anywhere within Australia on orders greater than $200.
  • Your order will be sent via Sendle or Australian Post.

Generally, orders made by 12 noon on a business day will make the daily post collection run. All orders placed after 12 noon will be picked up the next day. If orders are placed after 12 noon on Fridays, your order will be dispatched on Monday.

Andiamo Delivery Time:

  • Approximately 2 to 5 Business Days.

If you are not available when the delivery is made, a calling card will be left for you to pick up the delivery at your local post office.

Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

For New Zealand Deliveries:

  • We currently offer free delivery to New Zealand for orders over AUD $350.
  • A shipping charge of AUD $20 will be charged for orders under AUD $350

Your order will be sent via registered post.

For International Deliveries:

  • We currently offer free delivery for International orders over AUD $450.
  • A shipping charge of AUD $35 will be charged for orders under AUD $450
